We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to work directly with the Global CISO of a leading financial institution. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in global security initiatives and executive-level operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the Global CISO, supporting confidential communications, reporting, and presentation development.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of global security initiatives.
• Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and key milestones across complex, large-scale initiatives to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in large-scale environments, ideally with a background in security.
• Proven experience supporting C-Level executives and managing sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and program management methodologies.

NOTE

• Business-level fluency or above in both Japanese and English.
