1. Define, communicate, and own the IT vision that addresses short and long-term corporate growth and supports achievement of business results.
2. Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive information and cybersecurity controls for the organization in coordination with staff and company leadership. This includes regular monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of “security stack” elements.
3. Coordinate / perform annual cybersecurity risk assessment and update controls and infrastructure according to the risk environment on a periodic basis. The role is responsible for consistent identification of emerging information security and cybersecurity risk and monitoring the risk environment.
4. Provide leadership and build the IT team that is exceptionally customer-oriented, delivers business value, and is well-respected within CBC.
5. Responsible for the overall system architecture, hosting strategies, infrastructure management, capacity planning, business systems, and cyber security.
6. Responsible for management of staff including recruiting, selecting, developing, and training employees.
7. Responsible for the development and achievement of internal client service, system availability, and security service level agreements and performance metrics and reporting.
8. Responsible for communicating areas of risk, operational threats, and challenges impacting operations and ERP / application infrastructure performance.
9. Work cross-functionally across all departments at a senior level to align IT goals with department needs.
10. Research, recommend, test and implement innovative technology to solve business challenges; optimize systems for streamlined processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
11. Authorize and oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development and support of all hardware and software.
12. Develop resources planning for business roadmap in advance and plan department budget accordingly.
13. Benchmark, analyze, and recommend improvements of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
14. Manage negotiation and administration of vendor, outsourcer, and consultant service agreements and contracts.
15. Oversee end-user services including help desk and technical support
16. Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
17. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2. Possess education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Information System or related field plus six years similar related experience and/or training in a corporate IT environment or equivalent combination of education and experience including extensive experience monitoring and directly managing, maintaining, and implementing elements of the security stack, including firewall administration, network security, active directory, and server management / maintenance. Minimum of four years prior supervisory or management experience required.
3. Possess proven experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity / information security risk management, planning and development, system implementations / project management, and policy development in constantly expanding operations.
4. Possess good understanding and technical knowledge of systems security best practices, Microsoft environments. Must be competent in creating, maintaining, and testing disaster recovery planning and business continuity planning.
5. Possess experience with cloud migration and evaluating cloud solutions.
6. Possess experience with system design and development from business requirements analysis to day-to-day management.
7. Possess exceptional communication, both written and verbal; possess good listening and comprehension skills with ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
8. Possess excellent collaboration skills with all technical skill levels and the ability to work in a team environment.
9. Possess strong business acumen and critical thinking skills able to creatively solve problems independently.
10. Possess the ability to plan department finances and manage budgets.
11. Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
12. Possess on-call availability.
13. Possess and maintain an acceptable MVR and driving record with the ability to travel between service centers up to 30% of the time.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the functions of this job, the employee must be able to lift or move twenty-five pounds on a regular basis and/or move up to fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
