Description
Join the IT team to contribute to EUROAPI's performance by achieving the digital transformation of our manufacturing sites and support functions. You will support our growth through the delivery of the best systems, IT support, efficient analytical and reporting platforms.Job Overview
Leading strategic IT initiatives and managing cybersecurity operations at the Frankfurt site. This role supports pharmaceutical API manufacturing by delivering compliant, efficient, and future-ready technology solutions across IT and OT environments. It includes full lifecycle management of GxP and non-GxP projects, infrastructure upgrades, and digital platforms. In the role of delegated Site Information Security Officer (SISO), you ensure adherence to applicable regulations as well as deployment and compliance with EUROAPI's cybersecurity policies, drive awareness and governance.
Your Responsibilities
IT Project Management
- Lead full lifecycle of IT projects (GxP and non-GxP), including planning, validation, and rollout.
- Manage systems and upgrades involving M365, SharePoint, Power BI, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; ensure compliance and documentation.
- Maintain data integrity standards across all systems
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.
- Support CAPEX- and OPEX-planning, forecasting, and tracking for IT initiatives
Site Cybersecurity
- Act as local contact for EUROAPI's Cybersecurity and SOC teams.
- Integrate security into IT/OT projects and advise stakeholders.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
- Manage cyber dispensations, CVE tracking, and obsolete system planning.
- Monitor impact of NIS2 legislation and lead local compliance initiatives.
- Chair quarterly cybersecurity governance meetings and report to global teams.
- Create and maintain local IT SOPs aligned with global standards.
- Develop and review validation documents for GxP systems.
- Coordinate annual user and system reviews with administrators.
- Manage change control and event handling for GxP-relevant systems.
- Support audits and inspections with the Quality department.
Our Requirements
Qualification and Industry Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- Proven experience managing IT projects in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), and data integrity principles
Technical Skills & Competencies / Language
- Strong IT foundation with hands-on experience in industrial IT environments and operational technology (OT) systems.
- Solid understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, and network configuration.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive), SharePoint Online, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of IT security standards, best practices, and tools (antivirus, EDR, patch management).
- Experience in risk management, incident response, and crisis coordination.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, IT asset management, and operating systems.
- Skilled in project management tools such as MS Project, Service Now and SAP.
- Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and reporting capabilities.
- Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
