SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Systems Administrator II/III.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Build, Secure, and Maintain: System administration tasks, upgrades, security hardening, and maintenance of critical systems, including hardware and software components.
- Network Architect: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network switches, ensuring a robust and secure network infrastructure.
- Security Champion: Implement and maintain security best practices, including DISA STIGs, and contribute to our compliance with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and CMMC frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Documentation Master: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of internal processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- On-Site Support: Travel to customer locations for system installations, upgrades, and repairs (approximately 5% travel).
- End User Support: Provide end-user support for system-related issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience, including advanced military technical training (e.g., Navy "C" School) with demonstrated capabilities, will also be considered. CompTIA Security+ certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
Experience:
Systems Administrator I: Degree Only.
Systems Administrator II: 3+ years of relevant experience.
Systems Administrator III: 7+ years of relevant experience.
Military service or applicable experience can be substituted at a rate of 2 years of service/experience for each year of degree requirement.
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level DoD security clearance are required. A current clearance is highly preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
