As the Vice President, Information Systems, you will work closely with the Senior Vice President, Information Systems to shape and implement our IT roadmap. You’ll oversee a talented team responsible for the security, performance, and reliability of all systems and infrastructure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an on-site position located in Westminster, CA.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for an experienced IT leader who thrives in a collaborative and service-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing technology strategies that support our Credit Union’s mission, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
- Lead and manage the Information Systems team, including information security, help desk, networking, and systems administration.
- Enhance IT service management frameworks and implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and asset management.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the Credit Union’s infrastructure and systems.
- Oversee technology vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring regular testing and readiness.
- Support the ongoing development of employee information security awareness programs.
- Advise the SVP, Information Systems, on IT security and operational strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay current on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Assist with annual budgeting, technology planning, and performance management for the department.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certifications.
5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in information security, networking, systems administration, and IT help desk management.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Corelogic Keystone, Microsoft Azure, and M365 preferred.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.

PAY RANGE
In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$124,467.94 - $155,584.93 - Annually
Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, education and experience, internal equity consideration, as well as other job-related factors permitted by law.
