Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Customer Facing Program Manager to act as the strategic IT partner for our Commercial organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring customer-facing digital solutions deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting business growth.You will lead the portfolio of customer-facing IT projects and programs, drive digital adoption, support customer integrations, oversee platform performance, and collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, IT, and customer organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT Business Partner for Commercial and Sales teams.
- Manage the end-to-end portfolio of customer-facing IT projects and programs.
- Translate business and customer requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead implementations, migrations, onboarding activities, and digital platform rollouts.
- Support customer integrations across digital shipping tools and platform-based solutions.
- Ensure service continuity, incident management, and platform stability.
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to digital adoption, service quality, integrations, and customer experience.
- Coordinate local, regional, and global stakeholders to successfully deliver strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and IT governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and/or Logistics, including project or program management.
- Proven experience managing complex IT project and program portfolios.
- Strong background as an IT Business Partner working closely with commercial and customer-facing functions.
- Experience with digital customer platforms, integrations, APIs, electronic shipping solutions, and customer onboarding.
- Solid knowledge of service management, incident handling, and support governance.
- Experience working in regional or global environments with multiple stakeholders.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Master's degree or postgraduate studies in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum, or similar certifications.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and IT governance frameworks such as COBIT.
- Experience within logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or customer-facing digital environments.
